Furniture and White-Glove Delivery

Furniture orders will generally be delivered using a white-glove or specialist furniture delivery service.

Depending on the delivery service and destination, the carrier may contact you by telephone, text, or email to schedule a delivery appointment.

Please ensure the contact information provided with your order is accurate and that someone authorized to accept the delivery is available at the scheduled time.

The precise services included with white-glove delivery may vary. Any services such as assembly, packaging removal, room-of-choice placement, stair carries, or other special handling will apply only where expressly included with the applicable delivery service.

Access Requirements

Before ordering furniture, please carefully review the dimensions shown on the product page.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item will fit through all necessary access points at the delivery location, including:

• Driveways and gates;
• Building entrances;
• Doorways;
• Hallways and turns;
• Elevators;
• Stairways; and
• The intended room or placement location.

Please also consider parking restrictions, elevator reservations, building delivery rules, and other access requirements.

If delivery cannot be completed because the product does not fit or reasonable access was not available, additional storage, return freight, or redelivery charges may apply.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed because no authorized person is available, access cannot be provided, or inaccurate delivery information was supplied, additional redelivery or storage charges may apply where permitted by law.

Inspecting Furniture

Please inspect furniture at the time of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If you notice visible damage, tell the delivery team and ensure the damage is recorded on the delivery documentation where possible.

Photograph the damage and packaging before packaging is removed or discarded.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products will transfer as provided by applicable law and the terms applicable to the shipment. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
