Selected promotions are only available for retail customers; other promotions are only available to our trade customers.

We work with Ecologi to plant trees for all retail orders made on the site (not Trade orders). We plant 5 trees for all orders, 10 trees if you spend over £250, and 15 trees if you spend over £500.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and limitations. Please refer to our Promotions Terms & Conditions for full details. Retail-only offers are not valid for trade customers unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

These Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) apply to all One.World USA digital gift cards purchased through the One.World USA website.

By purchasing, receiving or using a One.World USA digital gift card, you agree to these Gift Card Terms.

1. Digital Gift Cards

One.World USA digital gift cards are available for purchase online and are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Digital gift cards may be purchased in the denominations offered on our website.

Digital gift cards may be used to purchase eligible products from One.World USA, subject to these Gift Card Terms and our applicable Terms & Conditions.

2. Where Digital Gift Cards Can Be Used

One.World USA digital gift cards may be used:

• Online at the One.World USA website;
• At our One.World USA store in Round Top, Texas; and
• At our One.World USA store in Costa Mesa, California.

A digital gift card may be presented electronically at either of our physical store locations for redemption.

3. What Digital Gift Cards Can Be Used For

Digital gift cards may be used toward the purchase of any merchandise sold by One.World USA, including:

• Full-price merchandise;
• Sale and discounted merchandise;
• Trade purchases;
• Furniture;
• Homeware and accessories; and
• Other eligible merchandise available for purchase through One.World USA.

There are no product-category exclusions for purchases made with a One.World USA digital gift card, unless otherwise required by law.

Digital gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

4. No Expiration Date or Fees

One.World USA digital gift cards do not expire.

No dormancy, inactivity, service or maintenance fees will be charged against the balance of a One.World USA digital gift card, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

5. Using Your Digital Gift Card

Digital gift cards may be used for one or more purchases until the available balance has been exhausted.

If the purchase amount exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining balance may be paid using another accepted payment method.

If the purchase amount is less than the available gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain available for future purchases.

Multiple One.World USA digital gift cards may be used toward a single purchase, subject to any applicable transaction or checkout limitations.

6. Cash Redemption

Digital gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Gift Card Terms is intended to limit any right to cash redemption that cannot legally be waived.

7. Returns and Refunds

Purchases made using a One.World USA digital gift card remain subject to our applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Where a customer returns merchandise that was purchased using a digital gift card, any refund attributable to the gift-card portion of the purchase will generally be returned to the original gift card or issued as One.World USA store credit, rather than refunded to another payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Any refund of an amount originally paid using another payment method will be handled in accordance with our applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy.

8. Lost, Stolen or Unauthorized Gift Cards

A digital gift card should be treated like cash.

One.World USA is not responsible for a digital gift card that is lost, stolen, deleted, forwarded, shared or used without authorization, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe your digital gift card has been lost, stolen or compromised, please contact One.World USA as soon as possible. We may request proof of purchase and other information reasonably necessary to verify the gift card and its ownership.

We may, at our discretion and where reasonably possible, cancel and reissue a gift card that has been compromised, subject to verification.

9. Fraud and Unauthorized Use

One.World USA reserves the right to refuse to accept, suspend, cancel or investigate a digital gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use, tampering or other unlawful activity.

One.World USA is not responsible for losses arising from the purchase of a gift card through an unauthorized third party.

Please purchase One.World USA digital gift cards only through the official One.World USA website.

10. Transfer and Resale

Digital gift cards may be given or transferred to another person for personal use.

Digital gift cards may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of One.World USA.

One.World USA reserves the right to cancel gift cards that we reasonably believe have been obtained or resold through unauthorized channels or used in connection with fraudulent activity.

11. Gift Card Balance

The remaining balance of a digital gift card may be checked through the One.World USA website where this functionality is available, or by contacting One.World USA customer service.

We may require the gift card number and other information reasonably necessary to verify the gift card before providing balance or transaction information.

12. No Replacement of Expired Gift Cards

Because One.World USA digital gift cards do not expire, there is no expiration date after which a replacement gift card will be required.

If a digital gift card becomes inaccessible due to a technical issue, please contact One.World USA customer service. We may request proof of purchase or other information necessary to verify the original transaction.

13. Changes to These Terms

One.World USA may update these Gift Card Terms from time to time.

Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect rights that cannot lawfully be changed or removed under applicable law.

The most current version of these Gift Card Terms will be available on the One.World USA website.

14. Applicable Law

These Gift Card Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the State of California, without limiting any rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

Nothing in these Gift Card Terms is intended to waive, restrict or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
